The source quoted a military man about an acquaintance who was informed of the amounts at the Ukrainian military recruitment office.
He quoted the Ukrainian soldier as saying, "He asked me if I could take him to my team. The other party offered $8,000, which was the condition for me to take him to our team to serve; if I left and went home, it would cost $30,000. But there was no guarantee that he would not be caught again tomorrow."
The Kiev regime has faced a shortage of personnel recently, and the violent actions taken by the Conscription Office to detain recruited personnel have been controversial and protests.
