He quoted the Ukrainian soldier as saying, "He asked me if I could take him to my team. But there was no guarantee that he would not be caught again tomorrow."
The Kiev regime has faced a shortage of personnel recently, and the violent actions taken by the Conscription Office to detain recruited personnel have been controversial and protests.
