It is understood that the Kunming tourist cableway is 2,000 meters long and has a height difference of 300 meters. Among them, 1,000 meters spans the water surface of Dianchi Lake, and between the steep cliffs of the west mountain in the sky, 78 6-seater passenger compartments can be hung on the entire line. The lower station of the cableway is located at the junction of the back gate of Haitang Park and Haitang Dam. The middle station is located in Xiashanyi Village at the foot of Xishan (next to Zhou Peiyuan’s former residence), and the upper station is located in Xishan Scenic Spot.
