1. Planning background
In order to further strengthen the protection and utilization of ancient cities and better guide planning management and development and construction, the "Adjustment of Control Detailed Planning of No. 38, Suzhou Ancient City" was specially prepared.
2. Adjustment range
Nest area of neighborhood: to Ganjiang Road in the north, to Guantaiwei River in the west, to Shengjiajie in the south, to Shiquan Street in the east, to Huancheng River in the east, with a total land area of 64.81 hectares.
III. Main adjustment content
In combination with the actual conditions and ownership of the plot, the boundary of the plot 38-67 is adjusted, and the plot control indicators are adjusted accordingly.
