On September 10, on the 2025 Cultural Tourism Service Special Topic, the Pinggu Exhibition Area made a wonderful debut with the theme of "Peach Blossom Land, World Leisure Valley". Through multi-dimensional display and interaction, it shows the "high-end" Pinggu city image at home and abroad, and promotes the deep integration of culture, business, tourism and sports.
Pinggu Exhibition Area has four functional zones: exhibition and sales, travel and shopping, intangible cultural heritage interpretation, and investment promotion. It also displays the integrated experience of culture, business, tourism and sports in all aspects, including Fun Enjoy, Youxiang, Yuexiang and Zhixiang Pinggu.
"Quxiangping Pinggu" focuses on the integration of agriculture, tourism, business and tourism, presenting the top ten consumption scenarios such as agricultural Disney and flower gardens. Citizens can experience the joyful pastoral and interesting farming, and experience fashion trends here. "Enjoy the Pinggu" practices the concept of "two mountains" and displays the top ten leisure scenes such as Jinhai Lake and boutique homestays through the integration of cultural tourism and forest tourism, allowing people to experience the leisurely life in the suburbs of Beijing. "Leaping and Enjoying Pinggu" highlights the integration of sports and competitions, promotes the vibrant scenes of "Aviation Experience + Sports", presents the top ten sports scenes such as aviation sports and triathlons, and enjoys speed and passion. "Smart Enjoy Pinggu" focuses on the integration of study and education, science and technology, and tourism, displays the top ten study scenarios such as "Study and Study +" cultural heritage, bringing a feast of knowledge.
The exhibition area's special activities are also exciting. A show of intangible cultural heritage skills and clothing will be held around Pinggu's 7,000-year-old Shangzhai, 3,000-year-old bronze and other historical cultures, as well as paper-cutting and other intangible cultural heritage cultures. Programs such as "Homestone and Imprints" and "Sleeping Bronze" combine original ecological skills with modern stage aesthetics, leading the audience to embark on a journey of intangible cultural heritage inheritance.
As the capital's ecological conservation area and agricultural area, Pinggu District focuses on the "grain and food tail, agricultural work tail" and strives to build a modern food nutrition valley in the agricultural Zhongguancun and the capital's "intensive, standardized, digital and green" to ensure the safety of the capital's "vegetable basket". At this service trade fair, Pinggu displayed products such as milk skin yogurt to help Beijing build a food safety city.
