On the morning of September 10, the Municipal Health Commission organized the second medical security work coordination meeting for the 2025 Taiyuan Marathon to summarize the progress of the preliminary work and comprehensively deploy various medical rescue and guarantee tasks for the event. He Jinkai, member of the Municipal Party Committee’s Health Work Committee and deputy director of the Municipal Health Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhang Changqing, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Municipal Sports Bureau, and Wu Binhua, a fourth-level researcher, attended the meeting.

All units reported on the progress of medical insurance work in the recent period, and conducted in-depth research and full discussion on key links such as medical site layout, on-site rescue, injured person transfer, emergency response linkage, material reserves and cross-departmental cooperation. The meeting emphasized that all staff should further unify their thinking, keep a close eye on risks and hidden dangers, achieve "early detection, quick reporting, and quick disposal", strictly implement the requirements of "determining personnel, responsibilities, plans, training, drills, and publicity", and organize desktop medical insurance performances, field drills and full-staff training as soon as possible to ensure that all personnel in all positions are certified to work, and effectively improve emergency response and handling capabilities.
The convening of this meeting marks that the medical security work of the Taiyuan Marathon in 2025 has entered the stage of comprehensive coordination and practical preparation, laying a solid foundation for the safe and smooth hosting of the event.
