On September 11, the Yihe Community of Gongnong Road Street organized an activity with the theme of "Tenderness Escort and Warm Travel", and organized more than 40 elderly people in the jurisdiction to go to Daping Flower Sea, surrounding picking gardens and Daping Villa in Shuichuan Town to carry out outdoor tour activities. Through natural viewing, interactive experience and warm gathering, we will bring healthy care and emotional companionship to the elderly.
Autumn colors are like picturesque, and the sea of flowers blooms brilliantly on the big ping. The elderly stroll among the flowers intertwined with pink, yellow, orange and purple, or lean over and smell the fragrance of flowers, or take photos with old friends. The staff thoughtfully adjusted the pace of movement according to the elderly's physical condition, took the initiative to help take photos, and recorded the bright smiling faces with the camera.
Afterward, everyone came to Daping Agricultural Picking Garden. The vines are hung with red cherry tomatoes, the purple eggplant has an attractive luster, and the emerald green okra is tall and fresh. The volunteers patiently explained the picking skills, and the elderly selected and shared their experiences. After a while, everyone's bags were filled with the joy of harvest.
After the trip, the staff organized the elderly to go to Daping Villa for a meal. Based on the health needs of the elderly, they customized the exclusive menu according to the standards of "soft, light, low sugar and low salt". The elderly enjoyed the delicious food on the table while chatting at home. The event ended in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and the elderly expressed their gratitude.
