In accordance with the unified deployment of the Shenyang Municipal Urban Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, on September 13, the Shenhe District Law Enforcement Branch organized more than 50 law enforcement personnel to simultaneously carry out the "Urban Management Law Enforcement into Community" activity in 10 communities in the district, delivering law enforcement services to residents' doorsteps, which was widely welcomed by the public.
The reporter followed the law enforcement personnel of the Dongling Law Enforcement Section to the Poly Community of Dongshenhe. During the event, law enforcement team members and community and property staff inspected the community environment together, conducted on-site identification of problems such as "small land reclamation" reported by residents, criticized and educated the relevant actors and required rectification within a time limit. In front of the policy publicity point established, many residents came to consult relevant urban management regulations. Law enforcement officers not only answered patiently and recorded carefully, but also demonstrated the operation methods of the "Smart Urban Management" mini program on the spot, guiding residents to reflect their demands and solve problems through digital means.
"This mini program is really convenient. You can handle urban management business without leaving your home in the future!" Poly community residents praised it after the experience. Community staff also said that the "Urban Management Law Enforcement into Community" activity has effectively promoted grassroots governance innovation. Through face-to-face exchanges, it not only publicizes laws and regulations, but also promptly resolves issues of concern to the masses, making urban management more down-to-earth and warms the hearts of the people.
According to statistics, this event received more than 930 residents and solved 13 appeals on the spot. A relevant person in charge of the Shenhe District Law Enforcement Branch said that in the next step, we will continue to use "urban management law enforcement into communities" as a carrier, continue to promote the sinking of law enforcement forces and forward services, and continuously enhance the people's sense of identity, gain and happiness for urban management work.
