On September 7, the modular short-distance high-level transportation of the alkali washing tower of the 1 million tons/year cracking device of Maoming Petrochemical upgrade and renovation project was successfully completed, marking a zero breakthrough in the field of modular high-level transportation of large tower equipment.
The total weight of this transportation equipment is 539 tons, the total distance is 260 meters, and the transportation height is 2.6 meters. It is a high-level transportation of large tower equipment.
Maoming Petrochemical organized the transportation company, engineering construction company, ten construction company and other participating units to carry out multiple rounds of technical demonstration and plan deduction from equipment stress analysis, foundation processing, transportation path planning, etc., and successfully completed the transportation task.
