A Beijing Youth Daily reporter learned on September 10 that the first anniversary of Tongzhou Vientiane Hui, located in the core area of Beijing's urban sub-center, will soon celebrate its first anniversary. As the core commercial landmark of Beijing’s sub-center, the project opened on September 20 last year, absorbing 40% of the customer base in Beisan County and successfully integrating into the living circle of residents in Beisan County.
In September, the first Tongzhou Vientiane will also complete a comprehensive scene renewal. The patron saint of dreams, the unicorn "Mora", has arrived in the atrium, the valley gathering field, the starry sky wharf, and Muguang Harbor. The design inspiration of "Dream as a horse" is extracted from Chinese poems, echoing the project positioning of "quality life dream building field". In addition, as the original IP of Vientiane, Mora and her three guardian elves will also have rich IP culture derivatives, such as limited metal refrigerator stickers, customized calendars, exclusive blind boxes, etc.
During the first anniversary store celebration, Vientiane also launched group coupons, coupons, full discounts and other activities such as 50 yuan group 100 yuan coupons, and a limited-time lottery and praise increase.
In addition, in September 2025, Vientiane has created a series of activities to fully build momentum for the first anniversary and rekindle enthusiasm. On September 20 and 21, we took advantage of the Beijing International Fashion Week to create a Fashion Appreciation Festival and launch a catwalk to present a visual feast to consumers.
On September 20, the two-day first anniversary celebration officially began. In the atrium of the project, the festival was launched. The Lost Wave Band will be present to sing the first anniversary custom single of the Vientiane Hui, tell the story of the song creation, and warm up the first "North Shore Music Festival" held in Vientiane Hui during the National Day.
From October 1 to 5, many popular bands and musicians gathered to make their debut. For example, the Face Band, which debuted on October 1, is one of the most representative and influential legendary bands in the Chinese rock music scene. From October 9th to 18th, a gathering in B2 Valley of Vientianehui will be held, including Mid-Autumn Festival concerts, singer-songwriters' associations and other music activities.
