
On September 10, the sixth game of the 2025 Fenjiu Liquor Review Skills Competition was held at the Fenjiu Conference Center. Han Ying, chief engineer of Fenjiu Co., Ltd. and relevant department heads attended the scene to supervise and guide.
At the event, Han Ying made a comprehensive summary of the progress of the first five competitions of the company's wine evaluation skills competition in 2025. She said that wine evaluation is the core link that links traditional brewing wisdom and modern quality control. In the competition, the contestants showed superb professional skills and enterprising spirit of hard work, which is a perfect interpretation of the ultimate brewing spirit of Fenjiu. This competition contains five rounds of examination content. At the competition site, the contestants were full of energy and focused. By observing the color of the wine, smelling the wine, and tasting the wine, they accurately identified the wine style, quality differences and typical characteristics, fully demonstrating solid professional knowledge and superb taste skills.
