Wuchuan mooncakes came from the fire of the Southern Song Dynasty and were passed down for 800 years with the unique flavor of "thin skin, thick filling, crispy but not greasy". There are 205 mooncake production enterprises, with an annual output value exceeding 2 billion yuan.
