From January-December 2024, Yinchuan City's local fiscal revenue was 20.844 billion yuan, an increase of 1.068 billion yuan compared with 2023, a year-on-year increase of 5.4%; the performance of the whole year opened high and ended high, and fiscal revenue successfully exceeded 20 billion yuan, accounting for 40.4% of the fiscal revenue of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in 2024, and the growth rate was far higher than the average growth rate of the autonomous region, and the role of the capital was becoming more and more prominent.

From the source of fiscal revenue, Tax revenue was 14.616 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.8%; non-tax revenue was 6.228 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.1%. Tax revenue accounts for 70.1% of Yinchuan's fiscal revenue in 2024. The quality of fiscal revenue is very excellent. Although the tax growth rate seems to be low, it is not the case, because the tax revenue in most cities across the country has negative growth during the same period, and Yinchuan's tax performance is very good.
From a national perspective, Yinchuan's fiscal revenue in 2024 ranked 109th in the country, surpassing Xuchang, Henan, Linfen, Shanxi, Shangqiu, Henan, Changde, Hunan, Xuancheng, Anhui, and Yueyang, Hunan. The national rankings have increased significantly, slightly lower than Quzhou, Zhejiang and Baotou, Inner Mongolia, and are getting closer to the top 100 cities in the country.
According to Yinchuan's fiscal revenue trend in recent years, it is expected to be among the top 100 fiscal revenue cities in the country in the next three to five years.

Among the six counties and districts of Yinchuan City, Yongning County's fiscal revenue fell sharply in 2024, while the rest of the counties and districts achieved a sharp increase.
The city-level fiscal revenue in 2024 was 10.275 billion yuan, an increase of 678 million yuan compared with 2023, a year-on-year increase of 7.1%. The fiscal revenue successfully exceeded 10 billion yuan, accounting for nearly 2/3 of the city's total increase, and is a key force in the city's fiscal revenue surge in 2024.
1. Xingqing District's fiscal revenue in 2024 was 1.154 billion yuan, an increase of 88 million yuan compared with 2023, an increase of 8.2% year-on-year, the highest growth rate in the city. After the district's fiscal revenue exceeded 1 billion yuan in 2023, it rose again and completely stabilized the 1 billion yuan range, with Jinfeng District (1.138 billion yuan) and exceeded the market together. Yongning County (1.059 billion yuan), rising to third place in the city.
Among the fiscal revenues of Xingqing District, tax revenue was 916 million yuan and non-tax revenue was 238 million yuan, accounting for 79.4%, which is far higher than the city's average tax ratio, and the quality of fiscal revenue is excellent.

Among them, tax revenue of 386 million yuan decreased by 6.2%, non-tax revenue of 182 million yuan increased by 54.1%, and tax revenue accounted for 67.9%.
3. Lingwu City's fiscal revenue in 2024 was 5.297 billion yuan, an increase of 245 million yuan compared with 2023, a year-on-year increase of 4.8%. The fiscal revenue completely stabilized by 5 billion yuan, making it the county with the highest fiscal revenue in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region; from a national perspective, it is slightly lower than Changyuan City, Henan Province and Feicheng City, Shandong Province, and slightly higher than Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province, Shengzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and Tianchang City, Anhui Province.
4. Helan County's fiscal revenue in 2024 was 1.354 billion yuan, an increase of 49 million yuan compared with 2023, an increase of 3.7% year-on-year, continuing to rank second in the city; from a national perspective, it is slightly lower than Qingyang County, Anhui Province, and slightly higher than Yuanyang County, Henan Province and Lu County, Sichuan Province.
