On September 9, the mining rights of Daduke construction basalt limestone mine in Puge County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province were won by local state-owned enterprises with a transaction price of 270 million yuan. It is reported that the mine has a total resource volume of over 136 million tons, a production scale of 3 million tons/year, a planned transfer period of 30 years, and a resource price of about 1.98 yuan/ton.

This mine is located in Tez Township, Puge County. The mining species are basalt and limestone, with an area of 0.4938 square kilometers. The total amount of construction stone resources within the mining area is 136 million tons, of which the amount of basalt resources is about 113 million tons and the amount of limestone resources is 22.637 million tons.
The winner can pay the mining rights transfer income in installments, and pay 10% for the first time. The remaining part will be paid in annual installments during the validity period of the mining license. The equal-asset collection period is half of the validity period of the mining license. The part that is less than one year after the equal-asset is calculated as one year.
When the bidder conducts mining, he shall go through the corresponding administrative permits and other procedures in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations on production safety, ecological environment protection, blasting operations, land use, water withdrawal, flood demonstration, soil and water conservation, etc., and implement corresponding measures. The corresponding expenses incurred shall be borne by the mining owner. During the mining process, relevant regulations such as roads, railways, urban planning and other regulations should be followed, and construction should be carried out as required.
