On September 11, the Dali County Legal Publicity and Education Center welcomed a group of upright and energetic visitors - retired soldiers in 2025, carefully organized by the County Veterans Affairs Bureau. In the past, they were the Great Wall of Steel to defend their country; today, as builders and beneficiaries of a rule of law society, they have opened a new chapter of learning. "Welcome home and welcome to the palace of legal knowledge!" The event officially kicked off with the enthusiastic opening of the center's tour guide. Following the tour guide's footsteps, retired soldiers visited the center's exhibition halls in turn. From the grand exhibition area of the rule of law process to the interpretation of the Civil Code closely related to people's livelihood, from warning cases to safeguarding national security to practical skills in preventing online fraud, rich graphic exhibition boards, realistic simulation scenes, and interactive multimedia equipment, the abstract legal provisions are transformed into cognizable and sensible real images. Everyone stops from time to time, watches carefully, and communicates in a low voice.
"Law is a weapon to protect rights and interests, and it is also a principle that must be followed. This study made me realize that in this new 'battlefield' of society, the rule of law is our most reliable 'comrades' and 'armor'." The remarks of a retired soldier expressed everyone's voice.
