On September 11, the 2025 "Strong Country Rejuvenation has Me, and Striving to Be a Good Boy in the New Era" Anti-Japanese War Story Theme Propaganda Event Co-organized by the Kelan County Youth League Committee, the Veterans Affairs Bureau, and the Young Working Committee visited Xijie Experimental Primary School and specially invited Ren Yusheng, a veteran who participated in the Laoshan Frontline Operation, to bring a vivid patriotic education class to all teachers and students of the school.

In the morning, there were applause and the atmosphere was warm in West Street Experimental Primary School. At the scene, veteran Ren Yusheng used sincere emotions and vivid details, and referenced a large number of documents to review the heroic deeds of revolutionary ancestors during the Anti-Japanese War and the glorious years of the Laoshan Front. Based on his own combat experience, he told the heroic deeds of his comrades in the Laoshan Battle who stood firm in the difficult environment and fought bloody battles. From the day and night in the trenches to the fearless sacrifice during the charge, each touching story made the teachers and students present feel as if they were in that period of war. He encouraged the students to remember history and cherish the present, integrate the spirit of struggle of revolutionary ancestors into their study and life, and strive to grow into good boys in the new era who shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
This propaganda activity not only allowed teachers and students to deeply understand the history of the War of Resistance Against Japan and the spirit of Laoshan, but also sowed the seeds of patriotism, love for the Party and struggle in everyone's hearts. Teachers and students of Xijie Experimental Primary School expressed that they would take this activity as an opportunity to inherit the red gene, cultivate the feelings of family and country, and implement the solemn oath of "I am the rejuvenation of a strong country" with practical actions.
