In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the conference commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, on September 11, the Daqing Detachment used the brand activity of "Blue Flames and Thoughts" as a carrier to carefully organize the "Fighting Fire Remembrance of the Glory, Blue Flame Shows Responsibility" Youth Cadre Study Meeting of the Institution, taking history as a mirror to draw strength from the red spirit.
The study meeting kicked off with a relive military parade, and all the staff studied General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the conference commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. The General Secretary’s high-level discussion and profound historical interpretation have clarified the historical significance and contemporary value of the Anti-Japanese War for the officers and soldiers present, and strengthened everyone’s belief in “remembering history, cherishing peace, and creating the future”, and laid a solid ideological foundation for the entire study.
This study session specially invited Professor Zhang Dahai from the School of Literature of Daqing Normal University to give a lecture on the "Review and Outlook of the History of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression" to systematically sort out the history of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression from 6 stages, deeply interpret the great significance and historical inspiration of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, and give a professional and cordial explanation, which gives everyone a more thorough understanding of this history and makes the great spirit of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression more deeply rooted in people's hearts.
Through this study meeting, the officers and soldiers at the meeting have a deeper understanding of the connotation of the great spirit of the War of Resistance, and further strengthen their belief in inheriting the red gene. In the next step, the Daqing Detachment will take the "Blue Flame Talk and Thoughts" brand activity as a starting point and continue to transform the great spirit of the War of Resistance into a powerful driving force for fulfilling duties and responsibilities - stick to the original intention of "people first, life first" on the front line of fire prevention and control, and implement the oath of "not fearing hardships and taking the lead" at the emergency rescue site. With the sense of responsibility of "always be at ease" and the execution ability of "everything is implemented in place", protect the lights of thousands of families and escort the development of the city, so that the red gene will continue to shine in the practice of protecting the peace of the people.
