On the afternoon of September 10, Luo Yonghao posted on Weibo that the dining experience of Xibei Restaurant was too poor, almost all of them were pre-made dishes, and even called on the state to legislate the management of pre-made dishes.

Many netizens said that when they went to Xibei for dinner, they even saw the chef heating pre-made dishes with their own eyes.

Just when netizens were quarreling, Xibei customer service responded quickly the next day, saying that their signature dishes such as beef bones and buckwheat noodles are all made freshly, and the ingredients are fresh to the store every day. The last step of cooking is completed in the store, which is not considered pre-made dishes at all.

In fact, Xibei has taken advantage of a loophole here, because according to the basic definition given by the state, pre-made dishes must be "pre-packaged, heated or cooked finished dishes", and semi-finished products distributed in the central kitchen do not count.

Xibei said that he was just pre-treating the raw materials, such as cutting the lamb chops, washing the vegetables, and then frying them when he arrived at the store, so it was not considered pre-made dishes.

Luo Yonghao immediately forwarded it and asked Jia Guolong directly: "Diary food bags are not directly provided to consumers. What does this mean?"

Didn't Jia Guolong say that according to the national definition, Xibei does not have pre-made dishes? Luo Yonghao directly dismantled: "Now pre-made dishes don't even have national standards, where does the national definition come from?"

He also showed evidence: the raw materials of pepper and hemp chicken in Xibei's kitchen have a shelf life of 9 months, and the method of eating is to heat it and eat it.

What's more ruthless is that a chef Xibei revealed that the lamb chops in the store can be kept for three days after they are cooked and used for all three meals, and said, "It's the same as the ones that are freshly cooked."

In the live broadcast, Luo Yonghao made up his calculations: 5 people spent 785 yuan on 15 dishes, and the average person was 157 yuan, but they ate heated dishes, which was too low in cost performance.

There is something even more outrageous: Xibei's chicken soup is not boiled at all, but blended with water and seasonings, but the chef in the kitchen said to the outside world that "it's boiled today."

What makes people even more worried is the children's meal. The reporter saw that the chef clearly had non-GMO soybean oil in front of him, but the fried food was made of genetically modified soybean oil next to him. Isn't this obviously a double standard?

It was only then that everyone discovered that pre-made dishes were just the tip of the iceberg, and Xibei’s problems were far more than that.

The country has actually issued the "Classification and Evaluation of Pre-made Dishes" standards: Pre-made dishes must be finished or semi-finished products that can be eaten by heating. It is not counted if they are washed and cut.

Xibei explained that the system prompts for protection words, which we did not delete on our own initiative, but netizens still didn't buy it: "Why did it disappear after posting it? Is there something tricky?"

What's more interesting is that the Luo Yonghao menu launched by Xibei was originally trying to fight, but the store staff said, "The name Luo Yonghao is sensitive, you have to say some Lao Luo menu."

And this menu has regional restrictions. There is one dish that is only sold in Beijing, and the price is the same as usual, without any discounts. Netizens complained: "This is not a tough fight, it's obvious that you are afraid, right?"
