Yunfu held a special training on food safety guarantee work in the Yunfu competition area of ​​the 15th Games

In order to deepen the food safety guarantee work of the 15th National Games, on September 11, the Yunfu City Food Safety and Anti-Doping Prevention and Control Special Team held a special training on food safety guarantee for the 15th National Games. About 80 people from relevant departments of the Municipal Hockey Project Competition Commission, the heads of the three reception hotels, food safety officers, procurement, and warehouse managers in the city who undertake the catering reception guarantee tasks of the 15th National Games, and the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and the Market Supervision Bureau of various counties (cities, districts) participated in the training.

This training specially invited the Director of the Food Safety Assurance Department of the Guangdong Provincial Executive Committee Food Safety and Anti-Doping Prevention and Control Special Team and hired third-party professional institutions to give lectures. It interpreted the series of system documents for food safety assurance work in the 15th National Games, explained the key points and difficulties of food safety risk prevention and control in major events, and introduced the experience of catering food safety assurance during previous major events, focusing on explaining key contents such as food reception, ingredient acceptance, processing operation risk points, process control, and food sample retention. Then, standardized and guided the filling of relevant materials.

The convening of this training meeting further improved the business capabilities and sense of responsibility of food safety personnel at major events in Yunfu City, and laid a solid foundation for food safety guarantee at the 15th National Games. In the next step, the Yunfu City Food Safety and Anti-Doping Control Special Team will take this training as an opportunity to continue to increase food safety supervision in all aspects, and make every effort to ensure the "safety on the tongue" of the participants in the National Games.
