In order to further improve the volunteer service level of Yunmeng County Museum and strengthen cultural communication power, on September 11, the Social Work Department of the Yunmeng County Party Committee, in conjunction with the County Civilization Practice Center and the County Netizen Volunteer Patrol Association, selected a group of volunteers from the social personnel and went to the Yunmeng County Museum to carry out a unique volunteer tour guide training activity.
This training aims to cultivate a team of volunteers who love their hometown culture and have professional explanation skills, so that more people can understand the long history and profound cultural heritage of Yunmeng. The event attracted many volunteers who were enthusiastic about charity and had a strong interest in cultural communication to participate actively.
During the training, senior museum tour guides gave systematic lectures to the volunteers. From the historical changes and cultural characteristics of Yunmeng to the detailed introduction of museum exhibits, the senior tour guide gave the volunteers a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Yunmeng culture. At the same time, professional guidance was provided on explanation techniques, such as language expression, body movements, and interaction with the audience. Through on-site demonstration and simulation drills, volunteers can quickly master the key points of explanation.
Xiao Li, a volunteer from Yunmeng County Netizen Voluntary Patrol Association, said: "This training has gained too much. Not only did I learn rich historical and cultural knowledge, but I also mastered explanation skills. In the future, I can better introduce Yunmeng's historical and cultural culture to tourists."
Peng Yan, deputy director of the Social Work Department of Yunmeng County Party Committee, introduced that the training is held in the hope of allowing more people to enter the museum, understand Yunmeng culture, and create a good atmosphere for the whole society to participate in the inheritance and dissemination of Yunmeng culture. In the future, these trained volunteer tour guides will be active in various exhibition halls of the museum, providing tourists with professional and enthusiastic explanation services, and become a bright business card for Yunmeng cultural communication.
