In Henan, the catering industry has always been remarkable.

Recently, data released by the Henan Provincial Bureau of Statistics showed that the consumer market continued to expand and the demand for upgrading was accelerated. In the first seven months of this year, Henan's total retail sales (hereinafter referred to as the total retail sales) was 1632.681 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.9%, 2.1 percentage points higher than the country, ranking third in the country, ranking first in the economic province and first in the central province.
Why do private enterprises in Henan "come out of the circle"
In this year's Government Work Report, the word "consumption" appeared 32 times, and "vigorously boost consumption, improve investment efficiency, and expand domestic demand in all aspects" was also placed first in government work tasks.
Focus on promoting consumption, Henan has launched a series of measures this year. Recently, the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Finance officially released a list of new batches of provincial night economy clusters, injecting diversified vitality into Henan's night economy by promoting the integration of culture, technology and consumption.
In the same month, the General Office of the Henan Provincial Government issued the "Several Policies and Measures to Further Expand Cultural and Tourism Consumption", and launched 17 measures around five dimensions, including releasing demand, expanding supply, igniting the market, optimizing the environment, and strengthening guarantees, to further release the potential of cultural and tourism consumption.
In May this year, the "Implementation Plan for the Special Action to Boost Consumption in Henan Province" was released, and eight major actions and twenty-six specific measures were proposed for service consumption, cultural and tourism consumption, sports consumption, low-altitude consumption, etc.
