On September 9, the 2025 National Science Popularization Month Xing'an League Home Day launch ceremony was held at Guiliuhe Ecological Park, Keyou Qianqianqi.

It is themed "Improving the scientific literacy of the whole people and consolidating the foundation of a strong country in science and technology". The "Lingshang Global Science Popularization Map" was released at the event and the "Xing'an Popularization Science CityWalk" experience event was launched. The map integrates resources such as science popularization bases, education bases and corporate exhibition halls across the league, and systematically presents more than 100 cutting-edge science popularization activities to promote the formation of a new pattern of popularization of science in all regions where "everyone is a place for popular science and everyone is a person for popular science". The first launch of Xing'an League's popular science IP image "Xiao Q", whose shape integrates the spirit of Mongolian horses and technological elements, implying the popular science mission of taking root at the grassroots level and working hard for a long time. In the future, "Little Q" will enter thousands of households, making popular science more down-to-earth and more agile.

Promoting the scientific spirit is the core connotation of popular science work in the new development stage. Professor Li Chuanjiang of Harbin Institute of Technology was invited to give a lecture on the theme of scientists' spirit. He told the touching story of scientific and technological workers who are in mind and serve the people, which resonated strongly with the audience. The event also launched the "Xing'an Popular Science Special Train" market, setting up 40 booths including robot interaction, AI experience, agricultural technology, emergency risk avoidance, etc., to attract a large number of people to visit and experience.
