From this year, the China International Fair for Trade in Services will permanently settle in Shougang Park and continue to build a conference and exhibition town at the same time. At present, the effect of building a town has begun to show. What new consumer experience scenarios are there?
At the Service Trade Fair, excellent service cases gathering around the world are being displayed in a concentrated manner, but how can these good services be experienced immediately?
The answer is on the left bank of the Yongding River.
The geometric construction between square and circle contains books and albums collected from all over the world; the wind curtain and bamboo are filled with our desire to immerse ourselves in the outdoors and our desire to set off. Here, you can make a pot of tea or a cup of coffee, bask in the sun and stare blankly on the river bank; you can also find a small train that sits on the bank and dam to have a candlelight dinner. Here, everything is so design-rich yet so harmonious.
Through ecological restoration and new facilities construction, Shijingshan has built a landscape viewing corridor; the construction of a 1.6-kilometer demonstration greenway runs through the core of Shougang North District. It lives in harmony with the surrounding industrial heritage and natural landscapes, and strives to permanently settle the CICC site. It is creating a comprehensive and distinctive exhibition town here. The waterfront vibrant shoreline that integrates water beaches and shores has begun to show its effect.
The above are just the first phase of the project here, and there are many places on the site that make people look forward to it. For example, some old water conservancy projects have been abandoned and useless, but they will not be removed again. With a glass cover, new space is built on it, which will revitalize the city's memory while retaining new vitality.
Wetlands will also be well utilized, and while retaining wild interests, they will open up new green ecological scenes.
